Clonal Solutions Australia Pty Ltd - Quickpot™

The CSA Quickpot™ is an innovative new product introduced to the Australian Forestry Industry by Clonal Solutions Australia Pty Ltd.

The CSA Quickpot™ is a range of plants grown in bio-degradable paper pots, engineered for planting directly into the ground without the need to remove a pot or container.

Because CSA Quickpot™ plants are planted directly into the ground, they provide a number of very important advantages at planting:

• Lowers planting costs;
• Eliminates root disturbance;
• Increases survival rate;
• Increases efficiencies and speed of planting;
• Enhances plant establishment;
• Eliminates plastic waste and environmental pollution.

In addition, CSA Quickpot™ plants have a much higher water holding capacity than has previously been possible with other methods of growing eucalypt clones.

CSA Quickpot™ plants are a high quality product. CSA is a NIASA Accredited Nursery using Industry Best Practices and the highest standard

CSA Quickpot™ plants are:

• Fully sun-hardened;
• Ready for immediate planting.

Your CSA Quickpot™ plants may have been in transit for a number of days prior to you receiving them, so please:

• Water your Quickpot™ plants thoroughly, immediately on arrival;
• Plant your Quickpot™ plants directly into the ground ASAP.

If you have any concerns about your Quickpot™ plants when you receive them, or any issues regarding their transport, please contact CSA immediately.

If you need to hold your CSA Quickpot™ plants for more than a few days before you plant them:

• Unpack your CSA Quickpot™ plants from their cartons and place in trays (eg "Hiko" trays);
  
• Place the trays up off the ground to avoid contamination by soil-borne pathogens;
  
• Water thoroughly every day with clean water (eg town water or bore water);
  
• Place in the full sun, and protect from strong wind.
