Visiting Clonal Solutions Australia Pty Ltd

We welcome visitors, including customers, to our premises.

At Clonal Solutions Australia, Bio-Security and Plant Health are paramount for the protection of ourselves, our customers and the crops that we produce.

All visitors (including customers) are asked to adhere to the following CSA visitor's policy:

Please notify CSA in advance of your intended visit, and provide the following information:

• The date, time and approximate length of your visit;
• The names and credentials of all members of your party;
• The purpose of your visit.

Upon arrival at our premises, please report to the nursery office.

An appropriate staff member will be allocated to your party to guide you around our premises and to ensure that your visit is happy and fulfilling.

Our Tissue Culture Laboratory has a viewing room to allow authorised visitors to view the production process without having to don special clothing. Access to the laboratory itself, however, is available to authorised CSA staff only.

Entry to the climate-controlled propagation facility is available to authorised CSA staff only, and entry is prohibited to all visitors, including customers. A viewing window is installed for your interest.

Entry to work sheds and work areas is restricted, and is available to visitors and customers with prior authortisation only.

Customers have physical access to the plants being grown for them once the plants have progressed from the climate-controlled propagation facility to the grow-out areas.

Clothing:
Entry to the CSA facilities is through foot-baths to ensure that the soles of your footwear are decontaminated of any pathogenic bacteria or fungi. Please ensure that you are wearing covered, water-proof shoes, and that the uppers are not crusted with dirt.

Please ensure that your clothing is clean. This is particularly important if you have recently visited farms or other nurseries.
